Do I need any prior experience?

None at all. The Introductory Tea Gathering is designed specifically for those who have never attended a ceremony. Every gathering welcomes newcomers without reservation.

Can I book for a group?

Yes. We accommodate small groups and can arrange private gatherings for special occasions. Please describe your group in the message field and we will suggest the most suitable option.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least several days in advance, particularly during spring and autumn when Kyoto is busiest. For the Half-Day Tea Immersion, two weeks ahead is advisable.
